I live in his district, when I saw the news yesterday it was a relief. Always figured he’d get caught up in some kind of sex scandal. That said, he’s made himself a lot of money during his relatively short career in US Congress.

that is a tremendous point. the league attempted to handcuff teams to play fair much in the same way that Shane ordered Kevin Owens handcuffed to the ring ropes. However, as we saw, it only takes a foreign object to break those cuffs.

Arpaio is big in some areas of this state, namely the white rural areas. However, a lot of Republicans grew tired of him and voted for Penzone this past election. If he were to run I don’t see him getting enough support to win a general election.

having seen how it works with many establishment Dems in Hawaii, I’d be nearly 100% certain that it happened like that. The problem is that leadership didn’t act very quickly and for that I have my gripes.

perhaps you’re not understanding my stance here. the issue isn’t that they’ve finally come out against Conyers and Franken, but rather that it took weeks to happen. Weeks that should have been used hammering Trump and Moore over these very issues.

The Democrats have waited too long to really grab the high ground. They have not been able to come together regarding this issue because they were too fearful of losing any power. I was a big fan of Franken, as for a long time he seemed like a very reasonable US Senator who was doing a decent job. I wish it could have stayed that way. We shall see if the Democrats can actually find their brains and push these issues to the forefront. At the very least come out as the party who will not stand…
