A year ago, if you had told me that ex-jailbird Peter would be running for President without us all laughing our way out of the room, I would have said you were nuts. Then came the start of the madness that is the 2016 race. Now I will believe anything.

I don't necessarily feel like Peter is as loyal to Eli as he thinks he is. Several times he has replaced Eli or supplanted his authority with somebody else. Eli has had to fight his way back to Peter's right hand a few times now.

I recently rewatched TGW binge-style to introduce my husband to the show and I found myself obsessively watching Eli's hair over the last season (and this episode, of course). He definitely wore a wig for several eps in S6 and at the beginning of this episode. I love his new haircut, though. Saucy.

There's the disconnect - Abi thinks she's abrasive, everybody else thinks she's fucking crazy.

Joe is good looking, but I think he's one of those people who style and personality bump them up a notch. He's got that easy, breezy sexy thing going. Now, if he was actually FUNNY, he'd be like an 11.

Some very sensitive "unparenting" "unschooling" kooks on my facebook page.

Ugh. Just when I think that Bill can't get any worse, they write him even worse. It's becoming *REALLY* annoying to watch. Monsters like WW can be fun to watch. This is not fun. I'm clearly a masochist.

More than anything else, I'm just finding this season boring. I never see it on my DVR list on Sundays and think, "Oooh, can't WAIT to watch this tonight," like I used to.

I totally agree - which is why I wish her kids weren't part of the show to begin with :)

That's making an assumption about my expectations that isn't true, but I see your point. I'm far more invested in Virginia as a character than Bill - I just prefer seeing less of her with her kids because, for me, it's a less interesting and enjoyable storyline.

This is going to sound like a terrible thing to say, but I wish Virginia
didn't have kids. I love her character so much, but she's a shitty mother and her kids are understandably
awful and I get frustrated every time that storyline comes up. It's not that I don't think there's value in the storyline - more than I want

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Mr. Robot (the character) is 100% the grown-up version of J.D. It strikes me every time he's on screen. For that alone, Slater is so perfect in this role. Gives me 90's flashbacks every time he speaks.

I agree. I feel a little bad for Vaughn because I think his dialogue was written so ridiculously that it would have been hard for any actor to do justice to that tripe. That being said, he never seems menacing enough or smart enough to have even achieved what he has. That part falls squarely on Vaughn.

This is part of my issue with this season - there are a LOT of ancillary characters who you don't see very often and whose names I can never remember (I had completely forgotten that James Frain was even IN this season until he shot Kitsch). I think I get so caught up in trying to figure out who the fuck they are

I think it has something to do with the fact that a lot of his features are sort of delicate-looking.

Having once lost my car in an airport parking garage (without the excuse of a neurological condition), I was nearly in tears watching Gordon this episode.

I think much of her immaturity stems from the fact that she has focused on getting Daniel out of prison to the detriment of every other aspect of her life. She, by her own choices, hasn't developed her own real sense of self and emotional maturity. It's heartbreaking.

GET OUT OF MY HEAD!!

I was just so happy to see Mendelsohn nominated here that I can live with that. I thought for sure it would be a snub. I just question whether or not enough voters have seen Bloodline.

To me, they are actually polar opposites in terms of cooking shows. Masterchef seems to be about real cooking and you get to see more dishes, more styles, more variety, etc. Hell's Kitchen is an exercise in TV S&M. I take the chefs on Masterchef infinitely more seriously than HK, which is weird since the contestants
