I don’t think you understood the sentiment here, and for you to go there immediately is disturbing, but I will expand to help clarify my argument.

I, too, had a DBZ fansite hosted by Angelfire and I loaded that thing down with as many animated GIFs as my dial-up internet would load. 

OK, I know we all dislike Dragon Ball GT, which, fair, but I thought having the final bosses of that series be seven dragons pissed off that humans keep misusing the Dragon Balls was a smart move.

“It sounds like what they need is a good butler to run their household, who can then”... raise the children to be emotionally stunted crime fighters after the parents are brutally murdered. 

I see people took the headline as well as I expected. DBZ fans and anime fans will defend their shit to the death and they’re out for blood.

Fun fact: when I was 12 I created an Angelfire DBZ fansite called “Ulti-Saiya Trunks’ DBZ Hellhole.” It included, in its entirety: the title, three hotlinked images of Trunks, an unnecessary frame with mostly broken links, and a short “choose your own adventure”-style browser game involving Goku, Chi-Chi, and Piccolo…
