My 2004 Chevy Astro has been reliable. It has had issues but those have been chassis related from sitting around (I bought it from an estate)

He could go Brownell and buy a sub par BEV. he also does not go far and at least the optics would be that he cared about the environment after the last two vehicles he had. Just hopefully he will be content without a piss yellow wrap, idiotic rims and underglow from a decade ago.  

Except the priest here would need to get one for 1/2 the going price, so maybe not the most realistic option.

I’m surprised Tom, as the resident car buying expert, didn’t flag that Accord ad as total bullshit. The blue book value on that car is around 14K! 

Can we have a moratorium on people with zero budget? $3000-$5000 is less about what you want and more about what you find.

Here’s the problem - the Republican leadership in Congress won’t denounce the fringe elements that stormed the Capital. Until there is a rejection of that AND Trump then this will be what represents mainline Republicans.

The house refused to take any action against the member (Greene) who loudly supported Qanon and also called for democratic officials to be killed as traitors.

I haven’t seen that many on the left (myself included) calling for “unity” with the fascist right. And I don’t think having no desire to unify with fascists equates to wanting a political war. It’s just wanting to undo damage done and move forward.

Well, here’s the thing: No, 46% of Americans didn’t vote for Trump and the GOP. Adjusted for population and turnout, something like 27% of Americans actually voted for Trump.

What positions of Tumpism do you think there’s room to compromise on? That there’s a deep state cabal that runs the country and eats children and only Trump and randos on the internet can fight? One side literally just stormed the US capitol, erected gallows, and threatened to hang politicians. So no, I have zero desire for unity with anyone who supported that, and the fact that we still have politicians who defend it is disgusting.
