Weinstein and Trump must have, at some time in the past, traded stories about their “conquests”. Harvey...do the right thing for once.

The version of the RS200 that could do that was not sold to the public. You are quoting the full race car’s time.
I recently bought a R9 390, but come this December there’s a water-cooled 1080 with my name on it...
Oh, look, another idiot that doesn’t understand the inherent weaknesses of consoles or the obvious advantages of full control of one’s hardware.
Get the fuck out of here you dumb twat.
Same story withe 1080 Vs the 980 TI. Architecture and other improvements can make a bug difference, it’s not all just about the number of cores.
Interesting that most of the 780's specs are higher than the 980, but the 980 scores higher in benchmarks.
Except you don’t need the latest and greatest graphics cards to play the newer games. A 6 year old card can most likely run today’s games on low/medium and the advanced stuff turned down. With consoles when they stop making games for a system you’re forced to upgrade.
Graphic cards were always running 100m sprint while consoles used to run marathons. Just to visualize. And that was good diversification.
Consoles are somewhat a different situation since once a new console cycle begins, you can’t play most new games without upgrading. Here you have 6 different generations of cards that all play the same games.
When Porsche is selling production electric models then this might matter. Until then this is another in a long line of promises made by a bunch of other companies that can “deliver”. You can buy a Tesla today.
Porsche has a 60 year head start on Tesla.
Tesla doesn’t? I must be imagining those Teslas that I see in my office car park, or on transporters leaving the factory.
And just to prove their superiority they’re going to achieve all this with the entire motor, control and battery pack mounted behind the back axle....
The CPU hit won’t be as massive as the GPU hit, but it’ll still be there, and the CPU in the PS4 is NOT up to the task.
I think the 4K part is just to allow the consoles to display video at 4K. Right now, PS4 and XBone are incapable of displaying Netflix, Amazon, and Youtube above 1080p, or playing 4K Blurays
Bit ahead of yourself there... the headset doesn’t run at 4k resolution.. 4k would be for the tv, and the increased power would benefit the headset to run at 1080p/90.
I’m doubting the 4K part. In order to achieve that at 30 FPS consistently you are looking at a substantial CPU and GPU upgrade. We’re talking aboost up to at least a current gen i3 or last gen i5, and over twice the GPU shading power of a PS4 so greater than GTX 970 or aorund GTX 980/980ti territory.
