If it was La Mer, which it probably was, it is infinitely better than drugstore stuff. I had a friend who worked for the company and got free samples and it was amazing. I wouldn't buy it myself but if I were loaded that would be a different story.

I’ve been on kind of a Jake bender. In the last week I’ve watched Nightcrawler, Velvet Buzzsaw, Wildlife, Spiderman and Source Code, and I’ve really enjoyed them all. He’s just a great actor.

Based on what happened with his last pet purchase, I agree. He shouldn’t be allowed to have pets other than a pet rock. 

Orphan remains my greatest moviegoing experience. It was just a so-so thriller, but at the big reveal a tween/early-teen girl sitting down the row from us stood up and shouted ESTHER GOT TITTIES at the top of her lungs. It was incredible and probably the hardest I’ve ever laughed in public.

You just reminded me of the BEST part of studying abroad. When my friend and I would travel on weekends, we’d always hit up a M&W for food to to have on the train or for picnics. Their food hall always had the yummiest things.

These little boxes are often lifesavers for me when I’m very depressed or anxious. I have a hard time preparing food for myself when things are bad and ones that are at least a little healthy are perfect.

It costs, but whenever I’m in Britain, I go nutso in the Marks and Spencers food hall - lovely shrimp or chicken tikka sandwiches, all kinds of crudites - lots of choice. I keep hoping someone will bring the idea across the ocean.

That sounds like a yummy lunch combo. I am very much looking forward to packing lunch for my kid to take to school. My evil stepmom sent me to school with a single cup of yogurt every day and I was a miserable little shit because of it. I’m gonna give my kid a bomb ass lunch.
