Same here. My mother had these, I had no idea they were Avon.

I always worry that the "high end" items I buy on ebay are knock offs.

I am so happy you like it!

I am sure you have heard stories, people treat cabs like their own personal urinal/dumpster. I have to drive mine for 12 hour shifts, I don’t want to sit in a filthy car for 12 hours. I sadly receive the car in terrible condition because the driver before me doesn’t GAF. I take great care to clean, vacuum and wash the

OK, so how is this....I drive a cab two days a week as a second job. I hate every minute of it, people are really abusive but that isn’t my point. My point is, I hate it when people make out in my cab or go even further and try heavy petting. I don’t need to hear slurping noises while I am driving. A quick peck or one

It never made sense to me why Chanel stopped making that unicorn (I have never seen it in person but lust after it). It was so successful and sought after and then boom...they stopped making it. Why do companies do that? So frustrating.

I mentioned it upthread but MAC Copperplate eye shadow is a fantastic contour shade for pale people (like me). No hint of warmth, it is matte and a sort of taupe/grey color. Go easy, use it with a light hand, place it in the hollows of your cheeks, it works great!

I want to second the eye shadow suggestion. It is not the cheapest but MAC Copperplate is the best contour color if you are pale. It is a bit taupe/grey that actually looks like shadow (which contour should be) whereas I find bronzers are too warm looking to be hollow/shadow looking.

Agree with shampoo and just want to add conditioner too. I don't break out from my shampoo but I did go through a period of having break outs along my hairline, turns out while I was letting the conditioner sink in during my shower it was also clogging my pores. I make sure to wash my face AFTER I condition my hair.

I love the look of this mascara and I love the formula but I have a love/hate relationship with the brush.

For blue eyes you must try copper colored shadow or liner, really makes them pop.

this happened north of Boston two years ago and I would have LOVED to have seen it.

Regardless of how people think if him, Heston was in some pretty remarkable movies in his time. They may seem dated but Omega Man, Soylent Green and Planet of the Apes were ground breaking and significant movies in their time.

Check out the scent "Juliette has a Gun, not a perfume" it also has one ingredient and is supposed to also work with your body chemistry. Check the Luckyscent website, you can get samples plus recommendations for similar fragrances.

Here is my rule; if your hair is in great condition you can wear it however you like. But as women age our hair gets thinner and more brittle (in some cases). I am 44 and have always had very thick, healthy hair. I now have a medical condition, Graves disease, that causes my hair to fall out, it is thinner now and not

I was thinking the same thing. Even if they dont like the over all look I hope they are buying a lipstick, gloss or eye shadow atleast.

it can vary widely, even within families. I am the youngest of three, my oldest sister started showing signs of menopause at 36, my middle sister is 50 and is regular as clockwork with no signs of menopause and I am 44 and have been perimenopausal for almost a year. I dont know if it can affect menopause but out of

This exactly! I have never been a server and I tip really well. I am not tooting my own horn, rather praising my parents. We were taught if you can't afford to tip well you can't afford to go out to dinner.
