he made a measly 25k/month

So will there be 3 separate stories that barely intersect outside of optional (OPTIONAL) cutscene and seemingly have no strong connection to one another except for a post-game sequence that reveals how everything is tied together through varying degrees of separation involving an interesting, off screen character, and

*sees name* Biased much? HMMMM.

Not for everyone! I made a generalization XD (I used to have Sunday/Mondays as my days off).

Fair point, fair point. Sorry, I misconstrued your initial message to mean “well it doesn’t sound THAT BAD, what’s with all the complaints?”

8 - 10 hours a day. On average 4 days off a month (weekend days often add up to 8 to 9 days a month), and salary isn’t really that great (especially considering it’s Tokyo). It’s still not great. At all.

Wtf brain indeed. I play a gacha game (Fire Emblem Heroes) and the dopamine hit when I pull a 5* (highest tier) is so, so satisfying. And when I don’t get one, I feel the urge to keep pulling.

While you’re right that Kojima wanted Sutherland for the mocap, I always wonder if it made that big a difference considering the final product.

To be fair to him, he IS owning up to it now and it seems that he really gets that these little online trinkets, such as skins, are effectively pointless. Better to learn it late than never.

They’re also 23 bucks USD and mass-produced with likely far more reprints, so the drop in quality is...understandable. But availability at different costs never hurt the consumer base :)

Don’t just be around when your friend is literally about to jump off a cliff. Be there on the bright and gray days, not just the dark and stormy days.

She was asked if she was a “new type of Japanese”. She did not say she was, it was the reporter that asked and used those words.

“For me, it’s just who I am,” Osaka said when asked if she was a “new type of Japanese.”

Fair point, but strawberry it’s still better than supermarket cherry pie.

Strawberry-rhubarb pie would like to disagree, heavily.

Still need to play 4, but I’ll ask about your opinion on 5.

Jason has the more lovingly detailed response, but the best summation?

It’s challenging (as in literally takes more energy for your brain) to think about what other people are thinking about. So it’s not our default way of thinking.

Just a small note that The Ultimate Choice got a bit...spicier, with the Heroes from another Dimension update.

Completely understandable. It took a while for me to finish because of those issues (short bursts of repetitive hack and slash) but the characters/world won me over. Hard.
