My God, that seat is horrible. My family had one before and it was responsible for some of my worst memories in a vehicle. Happily though, I have a ‘93 with buckets and a manual, so I now have much happier memories of an S10. :D

$400k for a car that *might* be slightly faster than its competitors. Wonder if history will repeat itself like what happened with the C6 and last generation GT, where the ‘Vette bested the GT in most performance metrics and was faster around the ‘Ring while being less expensive. We’ll see. *shrugs*

P.S. (since Kinja won’t let me edit) If you’re going to complain about people driving around in trucks that aren’t loaded with anything, then you shouldn’t have a car that’s capable of holding more than one or two people if you don’t frequently haul more than one or two people around. If the same people who complain

I disagree with you, but damn I like the way you put things! Lol’d at “German depreciation machines."

I forgot how much I missed seeing these three on Top Gear.

Where the most current iterations of the respective shows are concerned, yes.

I think Subaru asked to borrow Toyota’s ugly stick. And this was the result.

Never understood the point of the Avalanche. It always struck me as a slightly different Silverado with an unusual amount of stupid-looking plastic.

You need more stars. I can’t stand the people who complain about people buying trucks and not using them as trucks. Maybe they bought them simply because they LIKE TRUCKS. What’s so complicated/insulting about that? It doesn’t affect them in any way, so that tells me people are just looking for something to complain

I’m glad I’m not the only one who got a Bad Lip Reading vibe from this! Next to the follow-up article about GM’s (inexplicably) continuing emoji campaign, this just might be the best thing ever posted on Jalopnik.

I love Chevy for the most part, but whoever is doing their current marketing needs to be fired and have their marketing degree (assuming they even have one; doubtful) permanently revoked.

That makes you part of an impossibly small demographic.

That literally made me LOL. Why don’t you have more stars? :O

That is freaking amazing! Have all the stars.

Too late, you’re being “that guy."

It’s a blower, not a sucker. ;)

No doubt, but I am only concerned with replicating the looks. On the performance side, I would go with aftermarket parts that are decidedly not stock. In theory, of course.

I was thinking the very same thing. 1.6 Tundras, perhaps?

I’ll be watching this and the *real* new Top Gear with Jeremy, May, and Hammond. If this version had just Matt, Sabine, and Harris, I would be much more enthusiastic about it.

One thing I never liked about the NSX: the taillights from an Accord. First things I would do to an NSX if I had one? Smoke the taillights, then do an LS swap and smoke some tires.
