Goddammit, Doug. You have made me want an H1 Hummer. What the hell is wrong with me?

I’d say the Bricklin SV-1.
Here in Pittsburgh, our on-ramps are only about 50 feet in length on average (sometimes you have to come to a complete stop to merge onto the fucking highway) and the exits are generally placed right after the on-ramps, which causes people to be crossing over a minimum of two lanes as they shuffle around trying to get…
Tadge Juechter said that particular car was found to be out of alignment for the test, which contributed at least partially to the slower time. Not to mention that the Nismo is $40k more than the Z06, so it had better be faster!
Only “slightly aroused?”
It looks distinctly insect-like, almost alien. Hopefully the looks grow on me, but not so much that they burst out of my chest like a facehugger.
I am not a fan of Mustangs, but I have to admit this is seriously cool. I love the styling and the fact that it has an actual frame underneath it. 800hp just sweetens the pot even further. If more Mustang owners went this way, I would really like them.
I think "restored to stock" is becoming increasingly rare because stock configuration is largely boring to most (not all) people, especially those (like myself) who love to customize things to their own particular liking. Add in increased drivability and modern amenities that have objectively made modern cars so much…
A friend of mine recently got a $140 ticket for doing 60 mph in a 55 mph section of highway while being passed by other cars going much faster. If that's not balls-out insanity, I don't know what is.
575 HP accompanied by a 13 second quarter can mean only one thing: that car had to weigh well north of 5,000 pounds.
What's wrong with it is that it's a Chrysler Crossfire.
There's no denying that those are hideous. The saving grace for SOME of them is that they were feats of engineering at the time (be it lighter, much faster than the competition, etc.). What I referred to, though, is the MT900,which is both blisteringly fast and sexy. Mosler got the whole package (looks, speed,…
Later Moslers (the MT900, in particular) look like the Corvette Daytona prototypes, but better. What, exactly, makes you think they look bad?
"And what of the tires? Have we figured out yet how to make those out of carbon fiber?" "No, but we will have those by the end of next year. Patience, grasshopper."
It's a Japanese, V10, carbon fiber ballistic missile which howls like a banshee that was set on fire. What more needs to be said?
Duuudebro, that's what I drive now and I love that little thing! I have big plans for it when I make some money. :D
I would imagine the 350ci SBC was used quite a lot in production vehicles and it has found immortality in the restomod/hotrod community. The derivative 4.3L/262ci V6 has been used in a bunch of vehicles as well.
If you hadn't specified it as a Toyota in that picture, I would have assumed it was a Ferrari from the looks of it. Next to the LFA, that is easily one of the most beautiful cars Toyota has ever made.
It's...a Mustang. Meh.
It's going to be more expensive than the cars that are faster for less money and less expensive than the other cars that are faster for more money. I think their biggest mistake will be not going balls-to-the-wall insane, but time will tell. The people that will buy this will mainly be buying it just to have something…
