When I was in school, my best friend and I wrote a “kill list”, with the names of other girls we didn’t like and the way we’d get rid of them. We were just dreamy kids who read a lot of fanfiction, it was never more than a bloodless fantasy.

Not sure “Airplane!” would fall into that category. Maybe you’re thinking of the “Airport” franchise of films, of which Airplane was a parody?
That sounds ominous.

Hulk can’t die until there is a She Hulk.
Evans may not make as much as RDJ but he was reportedly paid $1 million for the first Cap movie, and he’s returned as Cap five times since then; you can bet his agents have negotiated bigger paydays, no matter how cheap Disney is trying to be. Even if he’s only earning $10 million (and no profit participation) per…
Thats the most likely scenario...Marvel has already said that they really see these characters much like James Bond, that they can slot a new actor into the roll and carry it on just like they have been doing with James Bond for decades....Evans is completely replaceable, however Tony Stark is going to be damned near…

“They pulled up to my house with a truck full of Labrador puppies! I’m not made of stone!”
+1 for the Frewer deep cut.
7. Movie is actually 7 hours long, and after everything involving Thanos is wrapped up, it just follows Captain America's retired, banal life until he dies happily of super old age.
.6 Someone says “wait, cryogenics are incredibly complicated and in no way could be achieved outside of a controlled laboratory environment!” and Cap looks at the screen like Wiley Coyote standing on thin air and just ... disappears.
“Hot”
Let’s not forget that this isn’t the first time that Evans said “yeah I’m done when my contract is up.” The first time he renewed for another few movies and another few Brinks trucks full of cash. Sure, it may not happen this time, but...
You forgot Black Widow!
Is it possible they’ll just slot in another actor? Not that I’m advocating for that, of course.
We’ve known this day was coming for a while, while I feel that Tony Stark/RDJ is who Marvel has chosen as their flagship, Chris Evans and his portrayal of Captain America have probably been the MCU’s most consistent performances/films.
