Dear Mr. Musk:

You can’t issue a statement that manipulates your company’s stock without anything to back it up, especially when it makes your stock jump 11% on the announcement.

Well as CEO you clearly can’t make an announcement that you are thinking about going private without evidence to back up that you actually could. It is a pretty clear cut case of stock price manipulation at that point and is illegal for good reason. 

Just sell your Whiny Boy Vanity Project to Kia and go away already.

Usually, companies have financing lined up BEFORE such an announcement.

I live in Canada, have driven RWD cars for 4 years with snow tires. There has only been one day in the last 15 years that I wouldn’t feel confident driving in the snow with RWD, in fact it was so bad that I wouldn’t have driven period if I wasn’t already out when the storm hit and then had to drive home.

The more I watch the drama with Tesla and Musk unfold and the effect it has on their stock prices, the more I realize I dont know shit about the stock market.

Once the $7500 credit goes away Tesla will be a thing of the past. 

Every quarter miss expectations. Yet, every quarter people keep saying just wait. How long does this have to happen before they realize that while the car is great, Tesla has no idea how to run automobile manufacturer. It’s the definition of insanity!

It’s not innovative if it’s not profitable.
