The heroes you listed (Mei, Bastion, and Torbjorn) are newbie stompers. In closed beta, these heroes were universally regarded as the worst heroes on average.

Bastion and Torb are just fine. A well coordinated team can take them out. You just need two people applying pressure to Bastion. Once a Torb turret goes down, he essentially is out of the skirmish until his next set-up opportunity.
