I haven’t delved into this via Google, but has there been a clear reason why Dwyane’s name is spelled so atrociously? Was it his mom’s fault? Someone working at the hospital? Another family member that legitimately thought that’s how Dwayne or Duane was spelled?
NHL is way too mainstream for Papa to take his little son Balthazar to a game. He’d much rather take him to a Julia Holter show or for a nice haircut and pretend shave and teach him about small batch bourbons. Brooklyn to Quebec City... do it.
I knew kids like this growing up, in fact Allen reminds me of a kid in my neighborhood I would play street hockey with. Any time I got by him he would throw his stick at the feet of my skates to try to trip me. That was put to an end real quick.

Growing up in the DMV was never really a Bullets/Wizards fan, much more Terps bball fan, so I just assumed the Wizards were in the toilet again this year but surprisingly not, good for them.
