The overlap of habitat and the proliferation of the bear population makes me very sad for the bears. They get the short end of the stick..as does all wildlife when we encroach on habitat.

If I’m honest, I’m tired of romance in general. As Joni Mitchell once said; “romantic love is a trick of nature”.

ALL marriages require patience. I was married to my husband for 41 years right up til his dying day. Lots and lots of patience needed, especially when he got dementia and cancer.

I can’t even count the number of people who, when interviewed after one of these horrible shootings, say things like”Yes he often talked about killing everyone, but I never took it seriously.”
Know what? Normal people don’t say that shit. Take it seriously. These people are never “kidding” or “just blowing off steam”.…

Something I have noticed in my area, which is whitey white white, is the backlash against people who put out BLM signs or otherwise show support. Property is vandalized, the signs are destroyed or taken away, etc. There’s a lot of discussion about it on my town 411 page. Very discouraging.

It’s the whole Male Gaze problem. So many of us only look at ourselves and see what we imagine a man will see when he looks at us. We think, “Oh he’ll look at my body and think I’m not attractive.”

Gee that sounds like fun! I’ve floated a million times and never had a single interesting experience.It’s very relaxing and I have chronic pain from scoliosis which is why I go, because it’s helpful, but on the mystical side, zilch. I’ve also meditated for 25 years and same thing.

All of these people are unrecognizable from their first seasons! I haven’t watched Bravo in years and I didn’t know that was Dorit. Eventually they all look like the Madam Tussaud version of themselves.
