Did they ever actually come right out and say Liam has slow development, or was that just assumed based on the overdose? It seems like last season they tried to give him a little more to do, but not to knock old Liam, he didn’t seem like the greatest actor, so maybe they decided to recast?

Plus a couple seasons ago he ran off with her because she was the only one who “understood” him and his illness, but that season has been erased from their memories apparently.

Yeah I have no interest in Brenner coming back and when I was watching I never got the sense that he was actually still living outside of them using their powers in their head.

If McAdoo benches him, that stadium will be completely empty. This season isn’t salvageable, and Eli is only one small of a lot of other problems that have been building for the past few years.

Absolutely laughable that people are saying this; this season is a lost cause, no need to stick a new QB in the middle of it.

I have no idea what any of those words mean in the title.

Just watch seasons 1-5, skip 6, start again with 7. She is amazing.

Refreshing is EXACTLY how I would describe this too, I totally agree and I loved it. I would like Fiona to have another female friend, I don’t really think those two should go the romantic route imo. And yeah, if Ian and his coworker could be the main focus and not Trevor that’d be fine with me. I will never buy him…

I haven’t watched this show but I am happy for Jennings, he seems like an all around good dude.

Agreed, everything about this episode felt “cheap” and like I was watching a different show. I have no problem with this type of standalone episode it just was not well done.

Completely agree with everythign said. I binged the first season and loved it, something about watching it every week is just feeling like a chore and I’m not enjoying it as much. It’s a little TOO dark at the moment and Archie isn’t my favorite.

Let’s also talk about The Middle.

DEFINITELY need to rewatch this season, while loved it there was definitely more going on than the first. And damnit Mike and El were making we weep in the very few scenes they were in...wish there was more interactions.

Yeah that episode definitely felt out of place on a lot of levels...the small town community coupled with the kids is why I love this show, if I wanted to watch a cliche suicide squad unfold I would watch one of Netflix’s 5 other comic book shows.
