I’m not sure someone with the grasp of the nature of rates and percentages, the difference between enrollment and completion and sub-group versus full population proportion that your comment displays should really be trusted to report on social science research.
I’m not downplaying racism. I very clearly acknowledge racism as a significant barrier. What I’m asking for is realistic solutions. Reparations aren’t realistic.
