So, what, are we trying to legislate the speech of minors now? This kid’s clearly a racist asshole, but kids are assholes. IS anybody genuinely shocked or surprised by this?

Really? It looked like the white kid responded angrily (and wrongly) to being violently assaulted. Then was violently assaulted again.

But he isn’t the asshole. I took abuse like this from black kids the entire time I was in school. And every time I was always a racist and a white guy whenever I tried to report them to the school. Eventually I stopped and just kept getting beat up for being a cracker.
