I used Twitter too. No problems. Fortunately.
Good lord, I hope you're right.
Fingers crossed. If Ridley Scott can't pull it off ...
And this is why I visit io9. I would never have known this.
Holy HECK, how did I miss this?! NYC is my home, which I manage to inhabit by never, ever thinking about the FUCKING RATS - and when I do see one, usually on the subway tracks, I just tell myself, oh, look, what a lonely rat. Now I will have dreeeeeaaammmmssss.
It'll be on Hulu. And I do recommend it, if you like the show - but Charlie Jane is right that this is one seriously disturbing episode.
I'mma wait for you all to tell me if it's worth it! I can't take horror, but might make an exception for this team. Also, Fran Kranz.
I just got the book! Expensive, yes, from the UK, but I so don't care. Have been breaking into loud hysterical laughter repeatedly, to the bemusement of those around me.
It must indeed :)
They didn't change much, but they added in a few shots of Sherlock and I think John, doing detective-y stuff. I thought the Series 1 credits were fine - cryptic and cool.
Oh, I love those credits! Still remember watching the opening of "A Study in Pink" and feeling completely gleeful about the whole thing. (Actually, I like the first season credits, which is what you've linked, rather better than those for the second - same music and many of the same images, but busier somehow.)
I've seen him interviewed about it. He said he'd heard it all before leaving secondary school, and that no one has come (heh) up with worse nicknames than his classmates did.
Very nice Clash deployment, 99!
They didn't foresee the departure of corsets and most of the headgear. That being said, there are some rockin' outfits. I want the student's jacket.
Ooh, I remember this arm! I watch Castle, as so many Browncoats do, primarily to get my Nathan Fillion fix, because I miss Captain Malcolm Reynolds like burning. I'm really glad that Fillion's got work, but why does THIS have to be the show that's gotten multiple seasons?
I had coffee in my mouth. Now it's everywhere. Well done.
