agreed. this is better than some of that late cardinals era stuff foreshore.

he can at times look like a little kid, it's amazing.

saw this at Hot Docs in the spring, was my fave film of the fest.
such a joy. got a standing ovation.

i really liked that album! but all their albums since have been fairly mainstream by comparison.

i think Prisoners was one of my fave films of the year, it was such a good thriller. but i loved Enemies, it blew my mind and i don't know many people who enjoyed it as much as I did.

no love for Prisoners?

I could not tell if The Voices would be good or not, but if it gets a release ill give it a shot.

Pigeon was very funny.
I went to the first screening and Roy Andersson was there and gave some great answers to the Q&A.

1. The Guest
2. Mommy
3. A Pigeon Sat On Branch….
4. Force Majeure
5. Nightcrawler
6. What We Do In The Shadows
7. Jauja
8. Leviathan
9. Elephant Song

he does what's best for them until he has no choice.

Last year i saw The Wind Rises at The Ryerson and the seating was so awful i was dreading it this year but to my surprise it wasn't so bad? I had leg room and a cushioned seat. Are the seats at the front different or something?

i saw WWDITS as well and it was very funny and i get that Jermaine is a popular guy but the audience seemed a little more receptive to The Guest.

i was there as well, so much fun!
surprised it lost out on the audience award.

i wish he would do a comedy album vis a vis Steve Martin.
he is probably too talented to waste his time on that but it would still be a wonderful thing.

i love everything he does.
i don't care if it's a 40 minute four-part suite, a pure bluegrass album or a classical music album. do whatever you want chris, ill be listening.
