Absolutely. I personally *like* the Darkwing theme more, but that’s because I like Darkwing more than ANY of the other stuff.

I liked the new Ducktales, but I think at times it tried *too* hard to be clever/meta/aware of its older audience. It didn’t quite thread the needle of “great kids show with shit only adults will get and works for bother audiences.” It’s still fine but just maybe a bit too self-aware.

According to every other article, no. All three were made the same offer as “favored nations.” You could... do even the tiniest shred of research. 

All sources say they were offered the same, but DiMaggio didn’t think the offer represented the populatirity and value of Futurama or its leads.

As a KID (preteenish), I never quite appreciated Talespin. Darkwing was far more my jam.

I was a total Disney Afternoon kid. Rangers is a distant last to Ducktales, Talespin, and Darkwing. It’s not even close.

Interesting, so were the IDW versions of Dire Wraiths different from the original marvel version despite sharing the name?
