God I love DK94.  Its infuriating that the 3DS ports excluded the Super Game Boy enhancements.

I’m not a parent so I don’t know how much weight my words carry, but I would introduce my kids to video games sometime after they can open their eyes. Video games are very important to me and have honed my thinking, reasoning, reflexes, and logic in ways public school, angry parents, and playgrounds couldn’t hope to.

Pikmin may be colorful, but its one of the most violent video games ever made. Nothing like sicking an army of 100 pikmin on your enemies and watching them tear them apart, gouge out their eyes, get trampled or eaten in the process, etc...

I was in the camp complaining about unlocking characters.  In a game like smash I think its madness to lock 89% of the characters.  The only thing I should have to do to unlock them is buy the game.  You don’t catch modern versions of Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat locking 89% of their rosters.  Let me play the game…

I’ve been furious that most of the recent 3DS games aren’t in 3D.  Without 3D I may as well be playing games on a cell phone.

I’m sick and tired of people attacking Tom Nook.  You show up at a new town with literally nothing but the shirt on your back and he GIVES you a ZERO INTEREST MORTGAGE and flat out tells you HE DOESN’T CARE IF YOU NEVER PAY IT BACK.  He is extremely generous and a true hero.

Many Nintendo games are deceptively dark and morbid. Ever play Pikmin? Forget Mortal Kombat, that’s the most violent game I’ve ever played. You command your army of 100 anthromphic ant creatures to tear apart all kinds of carefree animals, albeit who want to eat them.

Glad to see this isn’t just me, or that I’m not crazy.  You’d think for $80 they could sell you a controller without these kinds of problems.

I completed it in two days. The only parts that gave me any real trouble were the Girl Power Plant and the final bonus boss.  My God, that final boss cheats so bad.

Good grief, most of these games look exactly the same.

I hope they bring it back, but FIX it. It has potential, but it certainly was a trainwreck.
