I love the expressions on Emily Gould's face when she's presented with basic journalism practices like fact-checking stories to verify that they're both true and newsworthy.

That's so much sadder than I'd imagined. All I can imagine is this Emily Brontë Wuthering Heights version of the playboy mansion. Just awful people being awful to each other until the most deranged playboy bunny goes off the deep end and digs up Hef's coffin to sleep with his dead body.

It's at 159 minutes in that sleepy ass podcast. Holy crap, they vamp for time by reading awful comments arguing about how much X-Men Apocalypse sucks?

You're telling me that "Born in the U.S.A." isn't just a 4 minute chorus?!

My favorite line reading is when the main crew drives up an entire squadron of motorbike ninjas and their only reaction is a deadpan "Uh-oh. Ninjas."

It's one of Disqus's Turing tests. Keep cool and maybe they won't flip the algorithm to Nazi.

Why do I think I was so eager to believe "an admitted racist" like Amy? Because both her story and the douchebag's are the same, differing only on who's the asshole to blame in the situation?

Here's food for thought: my work blocks Instagram photos so I had no idea the guy was black until this afternoon. I thought he was a shitbag based on his actions. Weird how race had nothing to do with my judgement, huh.
