Agreed. Nothing against Portland but you might as well pick any medium-sized city in the country. I'd much rather see a Boston or a Cleveland GTA than a relatively "new" city like Portland. A Cleveland/Detroit GTA would be off the hook (guest appearances by Bone Thugs and Eminem? Yes please).
