Have read Thomas Ligotti’s Teatro Grottesco and Brian Evenson’s Song for the Unraveling of the World so far during the pandemic. Both are soul crushingly morbid.  Both have made me feel great.

I don’t know how many times I read about a great sounding indie film on, say this website, only to see at the end of the review "you can see it at a festival, or New York / LA" and realize I'll have to wait…

“Pete Holmes”- already skeptical

I watch pretty much every MST3K project I can (still go to the movies for live Rifftrax), but yeah this is sadly true. The second Netflix season did get better though!

Was already loving this series, and Goggins just takes it to the next level.  Also, can’t ever mention Goggins without

To combine two great artists from this list, check out Georgia Anne Muldrow’s album Seeds, which is entirely produced by Madlib. The whole thing is Muldrow’s beautiful and eccentric soul vocals over Madlib beats.
