That was a stupid challenge, I don't want to talk about that.

But what it really needs is a few scenes of Vince Vaughn at the sperm bank.

Last week's episode was about the finest hour of tv I've seen in recent memory. Hot damn they're cookin' this season!

"Don't look now, it's the goddamn cops!
(inhales huge toke of weed)
I'm going to ask them for directions."

Really like the picture of the 1976 San Diego Comic-Con in the little room with an overhead projector and like half the seats are empty.

His previous one on Conan is worth looking up too. He shows all these pictures that seem normal but have really disgusting things going on in the reflection (kinda hard to explain). Conan was visibly taken aback by how subversive and funny this kid was.

Even Elie Wiesel would wear this at Night.

"I started this thinking it would lead to something, but it led to nothing, so I'm going to dissect nothing to death, and then other branch-off podcasts will further dissect my dissection of nothing. Hey, if it ain't broke!"

"Once you've collected 5 party makers, a backstage pass, and gotten a date from the Babe-itude zone, you can go to Party Central and win the game."
How this never reached the fame of Monopoly I'll never understand.

There's a great description of his music in the book Songs in the Key of Z: Jandek's not "rock", he's not "roll". He's not even "and."

"My husband really dedicated himself to spending more time in the closet, and it saved our marriage!"

Swarm! Swarm!

I have that TeePee vinyl version and like its wild dragon/wizard art better than the Southern Lord cover- it's almost my favorite vinyl I own.
(also, it taught me a lesson to never let hipster friends borrow vinyl, lest they "return" it to you by riding it across town uncovered in their bike basket while it is

M. Ward and Cat Power >>>>>>>>> M. Ward and New Girl

For some glorious metal schmaltz, check out any late era (post-Ozzy, post-Dio) Black Sabbath album. I'm partial to the Seventh Star album with Glenn Hughes on vocals. I went from ironic listening to just genuinely loving tracks like this:

These Sgt. Peppers are making me thirsty!

"I'll just get your complimentary crazy bread…"
"Noooo!!"

Normally agree with you, except for the new Hannibal Buress show. Ouch. That thing's pretty bleak. (he does support great musicians though)

I have a ton of comics on cbr/cbz file and have been unhappy with Kindle and ipad because of screen size. Even the ipad is much smaller than an actual comic page.
However, I've found a solution that, while looking a bit funny to onlookers, makes comics look amazing. I have a Toshiba laptop with a pretty big screen,
