Bingo.
I had something similar happen to me. The kid was pressured into inviting me by his parents, but god I should have saved face and not gone at all.
Oh My God watch Welcome to the Dollhouse after middle school. I just saw it this year, and it definitely resonated but I can't imagine how my small flame of optimism during that time would have been quelled by that movie. Middle school is literally the worst time in most people's lives (especially us counter culture…
I even saved the tag for that necklace and returned it to Bloomingdale's the next day. That saved an extra $60. :)

That was never the case, as far as I can tell. It's not recommended for 20-somethings who don't have a monogamous sexual partner, but I know plenty of women my age that have it.
I am the same way with hormones, but let me make a case for the plastic IUD. I have one right now. I will be honest, it hurt a lot to put it in and I bled and cramped pretty consistently for a few months. But now, I LOVE IT SO FREAKING MUCH. Most women stop menstruating after 3 months (as I have) and I don't have to…
this.
lol i wish.
