I'm legitimately curious whether you have any articles about decriminalization v. legalization. I was referring earlier to the fear some prostitutes may have about going to the police, fearing their own prosecution.

If you're looking to prove that legalization doesn't solve all of the problems associated with prostitution, then congratulations you have. I don't know any proposed solution to a complicated issue that will solve every problem associated with it.

I was referring to Lawrence Taylor's apparent issue finding prostitutes that are willing and of legal age. Making pimps illegal, and providing state-sanctioned centers for these services allows at least the johns to know that she is a willing and legal participant.
