I also have a 360 with a decent amount of games. Not as much as my PS3 but still decent. I also plan on eventually getting a X1, but it's definitely going to be in the far off future. At the point where the price is low enough to justify it.
Oh, completely agreed. I just said in another comment that while I've never been adversely affected by the demo limit, I still don't like it. I highly doubt that the limit has changed consumer behavior in a way that has lead to more sales for the publisher, in which case it just feels like all it does is hurt the few…
I knew something was up when they couldn't give a straight answer on their reveal. Who knows how long they've actually had it planned out and they couldn't give a straight answer. You could've asked anyone at MS and they each would have given you a different answer as to how Xbox One was going to work.
With authorized MS partners, so that means $5 on gamstop instead of 30 in ebay.
I couldn't agree more. I dont always agree with Oxford's conclusions but in this case I'm all for it. I understand language evolves with use and mispronunciations often become the standard but I still cringe when I see a dictionary following the colloquial uses/pronunciations of words and listing them as legitimate.…
To be fair though the "Wii status" was pretty insane and i think even if they had done things differently up to this point with the Wii U you would still be saying the same thing. Either way my original comment wasnt on how Nintendo was going to capture past success, it was about how they will be fine and countering…
The WiiU sales have increased considerably. Price drop + Mario + Xmas = lots of systems sold.
Maybe, but I don't really care too much about all that inter-connectivity. The Smart TV thing looks neat, but I don't need my game console to be the brains of my entire entertainment center. I just want to play games, that's it. It very well could be that after using all the extra features, I'd enjoy them. But right…
Is it too early to call BS on all the articles that talked about console gaming being on its death bed
I'm fine with that. I have a pc for all the multi platform games. Best of both worlds.
The Wal Mart I went to had two Xbox Ones in stock and no PS4s. I'm pretty sure there weren't any Wii U's available either.
As long as it turns a profit for Nintendo and is home to great games for gamers, so what? Even the game cube had enough great exclusives to warrant ownership.
I would be 100% fine with that. I loved the Gamecube. And the rare awesome third party games we got were pretty damn phenomenal.
Honestly... I think most (if not all) Wii U owners figured that was the bargain they were making when they bought that system. I know I did, and I was ok with the console being a "Nintendo tax" to be able to play their first-party games.
Some people are claiming the Wii U will go the way of the GameCube.
Meaning great first party titles, no third party support.
I've experienced the exact same thing. MS must be manufacturing these things like crazy because every time I go to Target I see a few X1s in stock. I haven't seen a PS4 in stock since Nov 15th
Sorry folks, democracy is a sensitive topic now.
I do not, for one second, regret backing this project.
Yeah, there's a whole slew of posts telling me why I'm wrong, and a few saying it's funny, so it was obviously too far into bad taste territory. But this is the internet, you're bound to see something you don't like eventually...
