You would think it would be easiest and most cost effective to add the Billboard in post production.

Probe is coming back as the nameplate for the new Non-V8 Mustangs....

Probe for base model 4cyl 2.3L EcoBoost
Probe LX for the luxury hybrid model already announced
Probe GT for the 2.3L EcoBoost with the track package

Given the wear in the top right of the ad, it does appear to be old (who knew billboards worked like that? Or I guess it could be a shop).
