I finally made it out to an event on Saturday. I tried to get a friend to go with me, but I found out later that he was playing golf, so I just gathered myself and went alone.

Having one of those weeks where it takes twice as long to accomplish even the most basic tasks. Though I had the thought yesterday that if I was stuck in an office instead of working from home, I don’t know if I would be getting anything done at all. So at least there’s that.

I came in here to post about physical bugs, not figurative ones, so that’s what I’m going to do. We’ve reached the warm months, and when it’s warm in North Carolina, it’s humid. And my apartment complex is right next to a creek. Therefore, roaches.

My friend was in a similar situation. He caved and bought a Lite, but I feel like for someone above 13 or so, that’s just not what you’d want long term. I understand the frustration.
