Ghaul should have been a good villain. He was well characterized, and the scenes he was in told a nice little story. The problem is that story didn’t have much to do with what the player was doing during the Red War campaign. Your Guardian meets Ghaul in the first mission, and then doesn’t see him again until the end.

Can’t say for sure, but regardless, it’s a spike well placed.

I’ve been making regular runs to the auto-pavers in chapter 3, and doing so has netted me something like 50k Likes over the past two days, skyrocketing me to Bridge Link rank 69. So it seems clear I’ve been a beneficiary of this kind of thing, and has caused me to be pretty generous with Likes, too. Before I was

I’ve tried to push through it, but the countervailing advice of taking my time has gotten the better of me, so I’ve found myself getting used to everything while making runs back and forth in Chapter 2. What would have helped is knowing I could have gotten the bike up and running sooner, then I probably would have

Based on what I’ve seen, it feels like they’re gonna have to devote a lot of marketing to convincing people that this game deserves the “2" rather than just calling it “Overwatch: [Expansion Name].” Particularly since existing players still get the new mode, maps, and heroes. It’s a little grating that one of the

Solidarity. Deadspin forever.

More Destiny and a spot of Bloodborne. Next weekend, Death Stranding.

A friend I play Destiny with has been gone for months (more than a year I think actually) while he works on getting sober. We text every now and then. I hope that he’s doing all right.

Stay strong, y’all. Solidarity.

Oh cool. I was wondering what happened to this.

My friends and I were discussing last night whether or not we should continue to play Overwatch. As it happens, we’re on a Destiny kick right now with the new expansion, but we’ve been enjoying OW so much since role queue was added that we knew we would go back at some point. None of us are really sure what to do now,

It’s fun seeing this kind of Destiny story pop up with Stephen’s byline while Jason is off on paternity leave. You and Joshua have done a good job of covering the game with Kirk stepping away and Jason gone.

It’s all Shadowkeep from here until Sunday.

what is this timeline where someone decided to make another Zoids show?

That opening paragraph, Nathan. I’m moved.

I was kinda worried this would be the case for an any% run. I’ll be looking forward to the 100% runs instead. Hopefully that’s what shows up at the next GeeseDQ.

If you want to see all of the areas of the game and just see all the bosses, I would run through the strikes from the planetary maps. If you do the playlist, you’ll likely wind up seeing repeats, and it’s biased toward the new strikes from Forsaken. The other way, you can just check them all of the list in whatever

He made another tweet recently (that I can’t find because he tweets so much) that made reference to working with “real actors” while making this game, and I know that rankled at least one actor I follow who primarily works in games. Film buff that he is, Kojima probably has some deference to actors from films (there

Twice this summer I’ve found garden skinks in my apartment. The second time, I was getting out of the shower when I detected movement in the corner of the bathroom. I don’t really recommend Encountering Reptiles Whilst Naked.

I’m sorry to hear that, Stephen. It’s never easy, but I can tell you put a lot of thought into her final days, and that’s what any good pet deserves.
