Wow, You’re almost as far from Montreal as I am!
Wow, You’re almost as far from Montreal as I am!
Yeah, that’s sort of the thing - aside from Halifax, Moncton and Saint John, the cities even seem mostly rural.
Yeah, we are apparently the butt of some jokes. And the economy. But man oh man, I wouldn’t trade it for the world. A ‘long’ commute here in the capital city is 20min. And you almost have to be in the sticks for it to be that long. A coworker lives well past the sticks and his commute is 30min. Not bad when he can go…
I’m saving this graphic - that is perfect!
I don’t know how you sleep at night with your true love out there. Then again, maybe that means I can find her and wed her instead.
Winter is the only time for auto-washes for me. I try to time it on a warmish day (yeah right) and then park it in the sun. Still rarely work. It’s tricky in the North isn’t it.
This was my Forester the day after a wash. The roof and tailgate looked worse than the hood and windscreen even. And don’t forget the sides. I hate automatic car-washes but I rushed right up because that was November (in Canada) and the night was supposed to get very very cold. I went through twice.
Exactly what I was thinking - the best example I bet.
Yeah eh, we do a lot up here.
Look at that careful hop to the side, combined with lifting the hose to make sure it clears the Toyota TS 040’s wing. That’s near-Canadian levels of politeness right there.
That’s awesome! Love it!! More detailed build than what I did the other night. Very nice kit though and the gf loved building the orange one.
I’d like to see them run 3 of these with the same colours but change which is where on the car. If I had more than paint at work I’d totally do it up. I definitely dig the way Porsche has 3 different coloured werks cars and I think these could look good with the shuffled colours.
I like how the rear looks like a toothy pig. That diffuser tho!
oh but it can be so nice. Nothing goes in, just around. And my current is the only one I’ve wanted to touch like that. She has a particularly hot balloon knot.
This would be a perfect Lemons car for someone who can get it under $5k with a roll cage added. There has to be a way to make that work. Just think... you don’t have to worry if you end up off-roading through the infield... just about tipping through the bends.
From my experience notirious seems like strong words. My ‘01 had stock exhaust setup front to back until 2011 when the main pipe broke. Then next year the muffler went and then a year after that the exhaust manifold bit it. I call that not too bad on an ‘01 considering everything was on there in the salt/snow coast of…
I actually use all Dove Men Care stuff (deodorant, soap and shampoo) but I’m trying to find stuff that is more open about animal testing and soap beads. I’m curious how this pans out as I may end up with more things on my list to check out. Nicely timed article too... my deodorant is almost done.

I was thinking the same. Oddly well preserved car that looks to be in great shape. Still... $7k is steep for a Laser.
Exactly! The turbo FAs aren’t exactly base model. The n/a FB25 is. I love it in my Forester. It runs really well, I’m glad to know there’s a timing chain vs a belt (I know, still not maintenance free, but I feel better about it) and the power is enough for me in a vehicle like that. Sure, more would be more fun but…
