They look like orange glowsticks.

I keep 'em all on separate keychains. House/office keys on a Dale, Sr. con-rod shaped bottle opener keychain, Saturn keys on an aftermarket alarm fob for an alarm that hasn't been hooked up to battery power for a year and a half, Supra keys on an LED keychain because the dome light doesn't work, Yamaha motorcycle key

Elitist? I bought a car for a dollar once and put in a toggle switch ignition because the lock cylinder and ignition switch were gone.

Even though I've only built top ends before, I would totally do this, if it didn't mean going to Michigan.

It should say "Fujiwara tofu-ten" on the side.

I like the car, but I spent a quarter of that on a ten-years-younger Toyota with a straight six.

Don't lose the oil cap on this thing. It is seriously not possible to replace it in the US. You have to find someone who can read japanese to order you one off of Japanese Yahoo auctions, and pay like 24 bucks shipping.

@LTDScott: That guy had a more professional setup, though. Big metal lattice ramp that he cantilevered out into the ice hole, so once he had pulled the truck up enough, gravity set it down on the wheels.

@VeeArrrSix: Changing the oil pressure sender on one has given me a totally unbiased view on these engines, too.

Shit, this reminds me, I have to finish polishing the ports on my 7M-GE this week.

@pauljones: Oh come on, now. They get great mileage and the visibility is good. And... ummm...

@pauljones: Yeah but wait until you have to do the clutch. I had to haul the whole engine out.

My fiancee's W124 is missing a hood ornament, actually. They tended to snap off. Stupid pedestrians and their fancy knees.

@TRAMS_AM: Only if you're braking your fixed-gear Italian bike.

@lilwillie: Yeah, Shep can be a sensible fellow, by Fox News standards, but as HoonThat Ferrari mentioned, he's prone to off-the-cuff statements that are entirely retarded.

@Maymar: Diesel Jettas is more of a California thing. They're big out here.

I just remembered there's a Google street view picture of my car.

I live on the beach, so I don't care.

This reminds me of a piece of footage I saw once where a cameraman shooting video of a race was actually hit by a car that lost control. When you watch the video, he keeps the car in frame and continues to zoom out as it's heading straight for him.
