Some people are so convinced that they are getting screwed buying a new car that they lose the forest for the trees. There’s no point trying to convince them. Also buying 6+ year old cars will put you into higher maintenance territory period.
Can somebody help me understand the obsession with depreciation? Because both of my brothers in law obsess about this, so they buy 6 year old cars with 100,000 plus miles on them that fail catastrophically and expensively shortly thereafter.

Strong suggestion that anyone who wants to fart around with synths should invest in at least a bottomline MIDI keyboard. Way more fun and intuitive to make tunes then trying to piece it together digitally straight from your head.
