Forget the idea of a car lasting 10 years. Buy a cheap used Mini in good shape and expect to replace it in 4 years. I would think you could get one for around $10K. Fiat’s are fun to drive but the reliability rating is terrible so buying a used one might get you only 2 years down the road.
