Just to point out that this bill being brought forth now is directly linked to the empty seat on the Supreme Court. They are hoping the lower courts affirm it to be constitutional and when it makes it to the top there’s a tie. That will let the law stand and become precedence in that district.

That’s exactly what I thought, too. When it was happening I was like yeah that’s great, but what about the draconian laws most women face? We’re not considered full citizens because of this. And I’ve already turned down tech jobs because they were in states that had laws like this.
