The Last Kingdom’s great! I love the books and am looking forward to series 2.

I’m sure I remember reading that it was a throwback to when you were going to be able to carry weapons and armour across missions, so it would have been a nice little top up before starting Facility.
It may not have released “On time”, but a lot of other games get delayed and still release full of bugs. Nintendo don’t seem to work like that.
I’ve always referred to him as a “Fundamentalist atheist”, and consider fundamentalists of whichever creed to be harmful.
I actually thought it wouldn’t have taken much to make it a far more interesting film. The ending I had in mind would have been far more depressing, but probably far more memorable because of it.
Ouch, someone doesn’t know their comic book history.
Thank you for doing all that work so I didn’t have to.
I’m playing Awakening at the moment, I’m about 50 hours in with maybe 5 story missions left, and I keep breaking off to do side things, making sure my squad are levelled, paired up the way I want and I’ve acquired all the kids, just because I don’t want it to end. It’s very rare for a game to suck me in to that…
I know, I see it on almost every NSFW post. I get the feeling it might be mostly from people who get all excited when they see the tag and think they’re going to get to see some boobs, and then they get annoyed when they discover that “NSFW” is not synonymous with “naked”.
I don’t think OP was being obstinate, I think they were waiting for an opportunity to boast about their ‘cool’ job where looking at this kind of stuff is fine, rather than having some ‘boring’ 9-5 with the rest of the drones...
I don’t know what it is about crafting videos. Put anything that requires manufacturing skill and experience in a video and I won’t be able to look away. One of the best videos I saw all last year was a 20 minute video on the traditional Japanese method for making gold leaf.
This is the thing with a lot of craft industries - you’re not paying for the materials and the 50 man hours the item takes to make, you’re paying for the materials, the 50 man hours AND the ten years’ experience.
But...that’s just the review process. Make a bad game, get a bad review.
I’m just going to pretend that this isn’t Earth, just another planet he visits after Galaxy 2. One with inhabitants that are twice as tall and thin as humans.
Just got back from seeing the film. “Fun but disjointed” sums it up perfectly.
If these people are feeling pissed about the whole thing, I can only assume they haven’t played the first Frog Fractions.
I’m a straight guy and I probably still would.
When I was reading through this post a few years ago, I was in a large, open-plan office with about 30 other people, except for the day they all went off on a corporate jolly to celebrate the conclusion of a project. I was freelancing and was working on a separate project so didn’t get to go. This meant that I was in…
I spent my first 20 hours in Morrowind gaming the system until I had ring and amulets enchanted with constant-effect Daedric weapon and armour conjuration, which made me light enough for my super-jump enchantments to take me a good 200 metres in a single leap.
I love the little stories the crimes tell:
