Reading this brought a tear to my eye.

It’s interesting when one side known for staunch ideological support of something, i.e. states rights vs. strong federal power to regulate, suddenly flips for a specific issue. The argument would seem more credible if directed at the federal policy being too lenient rather than a single state’s right to regulate

Obama being a worthless President has absolutely nothing to do with his skin color.

This happens all the time. Just look at some of the cars sold in India that are not sold here due to their horrible crash safety.

I’m not saying I agree with the car companies siding with the Federal rules, but your hyperbole is through the roof.

So it’s OK for someone to force everyone else to do something so long as it’s something you approve of.  Sadly that’s all too typical on both sides of the aisle these days.

The right or wrong side of history is such a stupid phrase used by those who can't make a logical argument. The state cannot make laws or regulations that contradict federal law, the Civil War established that and for California to push forward regardless of the clear cut precedent shows how far from reality that

Less fuel economy = bigger SUVs, = more profits.

If they offer color options other than Red, Gold and Green, it will be a tragedy.

Which side is the “wrong” side here?

Yeah, it’s somewhere in the middle of the CP—|—NP spectrum.  You couldn’t build one yourself for that price (most likely), but you could get a really nice stock one for less.

I absolutely love it, but it’s a $3500 bike. It nails the aesthetic I want in a CB café, but the Maier side covers tell me that every expense was spared in its creation. This is a beautiful assemblage of several shipments from partsnmore. This was built on a budget, and that budget was not $5k.

I will never understand a car blog being biased in NYC. Write about cars all day and...take the subway

If the engine was turbocharged it would make 855HP, or if the blower was driven by an external power source. So the internals and breathing are up to snuff for that power level with a different boost method.

I can’t stand it! I know you planned it!

“(T)he people making the laws simply don’t think.”

Here we see a libertarian in the making...

First, it was the HOAs, and I didn’t care because I didn’t live in an HOA....

Those look like seats from the future that have gone back in time to try to save the world from Skynet.

I don’t understand how driving from cultural desolation to the land of bagels and indie music is considered bad.
