I get your point, but how is it offensive to state the fact that trans women are literally not the same thing as biological women? When most people talk about women, they usually mean biological women.

As this is a media “fight”.. its perfectly reasonable.. People are DEMANDING things from Netflix and him (i.e.: Cancel him, refund money, cancel subscriptions, apologize to X, say Y on TV/Netflix, retire, etc...)... so why not demand something minor in kind.. and he’s not asking any demands that are unreasonable…

I haven’t seen it but from what I read his comments did come off as transphobic. So in the office yesterday and talking to a trans person and they said they saw it and loved it.

I suppose one could think that, but red states sure do like making sure that people of color don’t have access to decent defense lawyers.
