To those who cannot abide not serving this country: I would simply remind you of your oath if you choose to join or re-up.

Not claiming to be a constitutional lawyer, just pointing out that you most certainly do not have the right to construct shanty towns on private property. Similarly, I do not have the right to camp on your front lawn. Simples. I also do not have the right to say "right, from now on, the local public park is reserved

The issue of whether or not it is public property or not is irrelevant. If it's private, they have no right to construct a shanty town their without permission. If it's public, they have no right to build a shanty town there which prevents the general public from using it (effectively stealing the space for their own

The boneheaded decisions of ex-ACLU liberal activist judges aside, it is NOT a constitutional right to "occupy" or commandeer a public or private park and effectively ban your fellow public from using it. Nor is it your constitutional right to cause a disturbance, or hurt local businesses and cost them hundreds of
