Unfortunately it’s tough to find Christians that have read the Bible.

How do they determine market supply? In April the dealers near me didn’t have many used cars, but nobody was buying anything the end of March through April. Once May hit and the new car inventory started getting low, they couldn’t buy enough used cars to meet demand until the past few months. New car inventories are…
You’re lucky about not getting a hard sell from the finance department, although the only hard sell I’ve gotten is the guy who wouldn’t give up that I needed the GAP insurance. This is after they convinced me to switch from paying cash to financing, and I explained that my insurance company covered the financed amount…
The local Ram dealer is selling them at sticker, but their entire annual allocation is already spoken for. They're doing just fine.
My neighborhood is all 2000-2500 sq ft and I think we have 3 Model 3's, a Model S and no solar panels.
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. My breaker is on the other side of the house from my garage. That's like 50 feet in a straight line, with no way to go straight. The dryer is near the garage, but my wife would murder me if the dryer had to be off when an electric vehicle was charging. For now I use a 120v outlet…
My wife has been the same way. Two to three conference calls a day since March and there hasn’t been one video conference. Besides a few weeks off in April, I’ve been going to work the whole time, and I’ve done more video calls than her. All of those could have been regular conference calls as well and it wouldn’t…
The 2021 BMW 5 Series is one of the best new BMW models on sale today
If you have a project car, you can do this. Biggest help to me is an impact wrench to take the wheels off. If you have that, or if you don’t have much problem pulling your wheels off, it’s generally a simple job.
Where do you get the less than a week timeline? They started digging up a parking lot to install a handful of Tesla chargers on my way to work back in May, and they’re still not done. Maybe they encountered some unusual delay, but we’re at 7 months now, so I doubt that could be shortened to a week.
I deal with new cars from many manufacturers every day at work and this isn’t uncommon at all. This would be one of the more egregious mix-ups, but I’ve seen a lot of mismatched fabrics and trim and wrong or missing badges. Mismatched headlights are a new one, but I could have easily missed that.
Has she driven one? My wife was very anti-minivan until she drove one and realized how nice the new ones are. We ended up with an Outback, but she now wants a minivan once we get to our 2nd or 3rd kid.
I wholeheartedly identify with this. I don’t like debt in general, but I’ve financed two cars because the numbers seemed to say it was smarter to keep that money invested. Both of them were paid off early, the last one was paid off in 8 months. The knowledge of the debt and the hassle of accounting for a payment…
Some insurance companies cover the value of the loan instead of the value of the car, so you may actually already be paying for it, this making it a complete waste of money. Some companies will let you add on GAP for a negligible monthly amount. I checked with my insurance company before the first time I financed a…
I do those online photos for cars and part of that job is choosing the options. It’s tough to get everything right because I basically have to know all the available option packages for every make and model. I’m one of the better ones in the company at that and I still get things wrong. Used car managers are even…
Sounds like my dad’s system of loading. We’ve lost a few things along the way over time.
I deal with this all day at work and I can confirm pickup trucks are the worst. The backend tools for dealership inventory seem to decode the original options on some models, but most cars don’t at all. It seems to me like these backend tools from vAuto and Homenet should be doing this already, and I’m not sure what’s…
I put 25k a year on a Prius and I agree this is a great solution. I drive 50-60 miles a day for work and the 450 mile range per tank gets me a week and a half. My fun car gets filled up at least once a week when I drive it to work for more money. My gas savings when I bought the Prius was about the same as the car…
Four cars for my wife and I. Hers is flawless, the other 3 all have issues. One currently doesn’t have working brakes. I definitely recommend having multiple cars if you work on your own stuff.
At least one in there looks like it would be drivable. I’m not sure the effects of having it on its side for over a year, but as long as that’s not too serious it should work.
