I looked at that screen and thought how terrible it would be to mess with that all day, but you have a good point. The screen in the Tesla is fine, doesn’t bother me, and I love the giant screen on the UConnect cars. I think it’s just anything touch screen Toyota, or Honda that I have a problem with. Or Cadillac CUE.

Yeah, the local GM dealer can’t keep the Blazers on the lot. I don’t know what people see in them, but they seem to be selling as fast as they can make them.

If you’re reading the exact time, I can imagine that. I regularly check the time at work but don’t need an exact time. Give or take 10 minutes is good. I went to a digital watch for a while but switched to an analog because I can tell the time close enough even without directly looking at the watch.

I’ve helped a few people buy minivans lately, and 2 of them ended up buying Grand Caravans. It’s definitely not the fanciest or prettiest minivan out there, but the 2 people both need room for people on occasion and room for a lot of stuff on occasion with whatever will do the job the cheapest. The Grand Caravan is

I’ve ridden all over the Northeast on trains and done plenty of visiting without a car. I could list potential improvements in all cities, but I've found all the separate regional rail systems to be easy to understand and plan for. I don't understand why that's something to complain about.

This is the situation with my wife. The warehouse she works out of was due to shut down ‘next month’ back in March. They let her work from home but they keep pushing back when the warehouse closes due to COVID. She’s been working on the dining room table and couch since mid-March and won’t let me set up an office space

Yeah, I’m a big GM fan, but nothing wrong with the 5.7 Hemi, definitely not the 6.4.

Turo in Los Angeles. Tyler was great to deal with.

No idea, but they sell probably a half dozen a month. I can’t imagine they’re all leases.

The dealer near me sells a lot of X3 M’s. Not so much of the X4 M, and few of the X5 and X6 versions as well.

I had quite the opposite experience. I liked it, but wasn’t too excited about it. Then I rented one for a few days and ended up loving it. Still more than I want to spend, but I think it’s a great car.

Mid-State Airport. Near State College.

I’ve been there! Though only spectating, not driving. Last time I was there some old guy was crushing it in a C4 Corvette. That was quite a while back.

I’m in the same boat as you. $700 a month car payment on a used car with a 6-figure combined household income because I got a lower interest rate on the car than on my house. Putting that money towards the house or sitting on it in investments is putting me in a better position than paying for the car outright.

What is the Grom good at? I’ve been looking into getting a Ruckus for local drives, picking up take-out, dropping off mail, etc, but I’m kicking around the idea of a Grom as well. I probably wouldn’t make any drives longer than 10 minutes with it.

This payment was due in March and they were looking for an extension before coronavirus hit them. This is more like not being able to pay your mortgage and getting a 60-day extension as you get fired from your job. Hertz was already having major issues before this, but coronavirus just knocked them down to near zero

They were anticipating having trouble paying this debt as early as December or January. They were on their way out already, coronavirus was just the nail in the coffin.

The 370Z was a great car in 2009. My brother had one and I worked at a Nissan dealer when that first came out, so I’ve ended up with hours of seat time in the regular one and the Nismo. I currently drive a different car that was great in 2009, but there’s nothing new I really want to replace it with. Buying a car new,

I was out for an errand last week, driving 75 in a 55 on a 2-lane road. I had somebody come flying up behind me, then somebody else came flying up behind them. I hate holding people up, and it was a no passing zone, but 20 over is about my limit.

Looks like residual is on track to get a good deal on an off-lease one of these in a couple more years.
