Humans are a complicated bunch. I think this is an admirable feat and he deserves recognition for that fact. I also think his personal life is pretty disgusting and your assessments of that are correct. Terrible people can, unfortunately, do great things, just as much as great people.

*didn’t have to read...Words hard.

Rough here too. Just filled up my Prius. Only averaged 54 mpg on the last tank and paid $2.69 a gallon.

I was super excited for the Jeep Gladiator until I saw it in person and saw that the wheel base is 7 inches longer than a Suburban. For the money they’re asking and the size of the thing, I’ll just buy a full-size, thanks.

Kind of breaks my heart to see them basically throw out that old truck, but this thing is fantastic. Besides the holes in the bed, I’d love to daily drive this thing.

There are a bunch of areas around me where this would be a lot of fun, but if you did it with a two-stroke the cops would be there in minutes. I’ve been eyeing up a Zero FX since I first heard about them. That would be a lot of fun.

I deal with most of these cars every day, and there’s nothing on that list that I want. That’s why they’re on that list.

Same here, except my wife got one ticket for reckless driving when she totaled one of her cars. I have zero crashes so far, and she has multiple, including one totaled car. Yet I’m the reckless driver.

I’m right there with you.

So that’s why my SAT scores were so good in high school...

Long story short, don’t buy a car from a Hyundai or Kia dealer.

The state I work in mandates that the front bracket be on when they deliver the car. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen dealers ‘forget’ that on cars like this that just don’t look good with a front plate.

I’m headed up to that area for a baby shower on Saturday! The father-to-be likes to hunt and fish. I will be sure to remind him of what he’s in store for. I will also likely be in the same situation soon. Trying to enjoy life while I can...

Your driving partner wanted to put the top up in a press car? What is this some pansy from LA or something?

My Prius looks fantastic in grey.

Driving to work in my Prius, I shoot for the best gas mileage each way. Driving to work in my Cobalt SS turbo, I go for shortest drive time. In both cases I usually end up stuck behind somebody doing 10 under the speed limit and it’s all 2 lane roads with no passing zones. So I use 3x as much gas in the Cobalt and it u

I deal with used cars all day. If you're looking in that segment, the Q50 and Lexus IS are both great values at around 2 years old. I would go with the IS, but I've lusted after a few Q50's after seeing the price.

Of the Infiniti dealers I've dealt with, the majority of their customers are there to lease a new car. It's hard to sell someone on buying a used car when they're planning on leasing a new one, so that creates little demand for used cars and therefore low prices.

I check all my purchases, at least once a week. I’ve found 3 times that my card has been hacked and purchases were made by someone other than me, and it definitely takes less than 5 minutes per week.

I worked for restaurants for 4 years, and I’ve heard of this happening and had it happen to me at another restaurant. I throw all my receipts in a big box and check my credit card statement regularly. I noticed a charge that was something like $15 too high(on a $25 bill), so I pulled out the receipt and compared it to
