This used to be a Wendy’s, then it was purchased and converted into a Starbucks. Since then it has had some kind of damage twice. Once the wall above the entrance started falling in! I wouldn’t be surprised if the building had structural issues.

The broadside of the Starbucks has a lot more surface area than the cars, and most freestanding Starbucks I’ve seen don’t have much in the way of roof support or bracing for where a second floor would be in most other buildings.
