Honestly, I know I sound like a dick, but I just stopped. I knew I could never ween myself and had to go cold turkey. I also stopped drinking soda at the same time because I couldn’t have a soda and not have a dip. It was a twofer of hell. Not doing the one thing I always did when I dipped was what did it for me.

I finally quit dipping last July. Just decided it was stupid and stopped.
