I thought pulp was made from the by product of cutting the tree down the bark and chips, not the whole log. So if I’m correct and I think I am. You want them to recycle less. In BC where we don’t have many pulp mills any more all the do is just burn the crap wood and scrub rather then ship it so be made in pulp.
