I use a cheap vacuum sealer to reseal chip bags — it pretty much makes the bags as good as new.

I’ve dealt with this issue behind the scenes for another sports program...it’s not the foil embossing that causes the problem. It’s due to the thickness; in checked bags, the scanners can’t see through it, so it causes them to have to open those bags and do a manual search.

I once had a sports editor who liked to take a picture at a game then give it to me and say, “Go write a story to go with this.” I think someone handed their football/basketball/squash writer the above headline and said something similar. #journalism
