Yes, good call.
I’d like to point out that development on a Black Widow movie couldn’t have even started until August 31st, 2015; up until that point, Feige reported to Ike Perlmutter, a notorious sexist who personally vetted the movies and their merchandising to make sure that they didn’t feature women too prominently. (You wanna…
They better include two of the baddest ass women in their universe..
Villain: Cobie Smulders as Maria Hill, assuming she’s a Skrull.
Dunno if she’s ever done screenplay work but picture this: G Willow Wilson writes a Ms Marvel movie where Kamala teams up with all of the women of the MCU (after Carol Danvers hits the scene), and they never acknowledge the absence of the men. Just Kamala Khan, navigating high school and fighting evil, and all of her…

Dear Kevin Feige,
From what I understand, this is primarily influenced by the Demon Bear saga, hence the horror influences and focus on Dani Moonstar.
When Boone said he was taking a horror angle, I didn’t realize that this was going to be a straight-up X-Men horror movie. I. AM. SO. DAMN. IN.
Yeah, it’s a fools’ errand. These are live action comic books. It’s like trying to explain why Peter Parker was a teenager in the 60's and about 30 today. Because it just is.
No you’re not missing anything at all. No one worries about the time lines as long as they fall in some order or explain being set up in the past (Cap: FA/Cap Marvel). Also this article uses Spiderman: Homecoming as the biggest reason the time line is messed up and excludes the fact that they were already 11 to 12…
High five for that! Some of the themes are truely excellent, and make for great music to listen to to pump yourself up while out for a run or at the gym!
Seriously, who doesn’t want to push themselves when they’re exercising and start hearing the tinges of Cap’s theme start?
There are people who are pissed that Hawkeye isn’t wearing a purple skirt... so yeah... they’re out there man. Better to just tip toe past them and enjoy what you enjoy. Some people’s entire existence is based upon their film grievances.
Same. An objective, year by year timeline is not important. The important thing is that the relative timeline stays consistant: i.e. this movie happened before this one, and that character is older than that one.
They’re the same people who say there is no memorable music in the MCU, while totally ignoring the great music in the MCU.
Knowing that one takes place before the other is good enough for me.
Same here. The actual events of the films basically all fit together, so worrying about the dates and times is something I really can’t be bothered with.
What am I missing?
