I took some film studies classes in college, and now I can't watch movies without noticing things like this. I was watching Selma last week and couldn't help notice some of the shot compositions. How some of the characters are put to the side, or the camera angles showing the power some characters have other others.

It was my first 10K and did it under an hour. I was pretty damn impressed with that time. And I didn't throw up!

And don't drink the night before a race with other friends also racing....like I did for my first 10k during senior year of college in April of 2013.
